Dan Kane is an artist, graphic designer, and art director based in Brooklyn, NY whose work focuses on illustration, hand-drawn typography, and animation. From a young age, his passion for drawing and painting evolved into a rewarding creative career. He works in a variety of hand-drawn mediums and innovative digital tools to create art that keeps a human touch in the contemporary landscape. Relentless in his pursuit of bringing ideas to life, Dan aims to create work that ignites engaging conversations in order to seek truth and help people understand the world.

Since earning a BFA in Visual Communications from the University of Delaware (2011), he has built a career in advertising and entertainment, working as a designer for award-winning agencies such as TBWA, Droga5, and Endeavor. Dan has produced logos, live events, branded social content, advertising campaigns, and broadcast TV spots for industry-leading brands, including FanDuel, Coca-Cola, Saks Fifth Avenue, HBO, Prudential, Under Armour, Lowe’s, Jameson and many more.

As an illustrator, his work spans children's books, storyboards, portraiture, custom lettering, motion graphics, and murals—each piece crafted with the intent to engage, inspire, and create a more interesting world for his audience.
